Products

All Lovely Aromas candles are handmade. Because each product is individually crafted, slight variations in color, appearance, and fragrance may occur. These variations are normal and do not constitute defects.

By placing an order, you agree that all information provided is accurate and complete. Lovely Aromas reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its discretion, including orders containing incorrect pricing, product information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed and shipped.

Production and Shipping

Please allow 7–10 business days for your handmade candle to be produced, processed, and delivered. During holidays, promotions, or periods of high demand, processing and shipping times may be extended.

Lovely Aromas is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Returns, Exchanges, and Store Credit

Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and refunds are not offered.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for an exchange or store credit. Requests must be made within [insert number] days of receiving your order. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Candle Safety

Customers are responsible for following all candle safety instructions. Always:

• Trim the wick to approximately ¼ inch before each burn.
• Do not burn a candle for more than 4 hours at a time.
• Keep candles away from children, pets, drafts, and flammable materials.
• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

Lovely Aromas is not liable for damages resulting from improper candle use or failure to follow safety instructions.
